Products can be canceled within 14 days of receipt, when they are packed in their original packaging and have not been opened at all or used. The shipping cost will not be refunded in any case.

Products can be physically returned to our office or sent by courier or any other courier company.

For the avoidance of doubt, products will not be returned by registered mail / regular mail.
